Taking Time Away From The Rush

Situated in the heart of Seminyak, this sophisticated café is part of the renowned 8 Degree Projects culinary group, known for creating vibrant dining destinations across Bali. Fika embodies the Swedish philosophy of slowing down over coffee and food. Serving honest, wholesome, and clean dishes, the café’s design mirrors the finesse of its menu: sleek and minimalist, yet warm and inviting.

Built hospitality partnerships with nearby hotels and villas to introduce the menu and soft launch promotions. One highlight was organizing the ‘Ladies Wine Luncheon,’ which brought together Bali’s key expat influencers to spotlight Fika’s entry into Seminyak and beyond. I also produced daily Stories and feed content across Facebook and Instagram, while managing reviews and inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, Google Reviews, and TripAdvisor. Media reviews and influencer visits were coordinated with both Bali expats and Jakarta influencers.

Brand Partnership with Plaga Wine

To strengthen Fika’s positioning as both a dining destination and a lifestyle brand, the Ladies Wine Luncheon was launched as a curated community gathering in Seminyak. The event celebrated connection, culture, and cuisine in the relaxed elegance of Fika’s minimalist yet inviting space. Guests were invited to slow down, share stories, and enjoy wholesome food paired with fine wine — embodying the Swedish concept of fika in a modern Bali setting.

The luncheon brought together influential women, tastemakers, and community figures through a carefully organized invitation strategy. By personally reaching out to influencers and lifestyle leaders, the event ensured authentic participation and meaningful engagement. Partnerships with wine distributors and supporting brands amplified the experience, offering added value to both guests and collaborators. This approach reinforced Fika as more than a café — positioning it as a hub for lifestyle-driven gatherings.

The success of the event was measured not only in attendance but also in the genuine connections fostered. Attendees left with a memorable dining and networking experience, while partner brands gained visibility among a curated audience. The Ladies Wine Luncheon became a reflection of Fika’s ethos: an elevated space where community, conversation, and culinary excellence meet.
