Every day I managed customer engagement by responding to reservations, reviews, and inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, Google Reviews, and TripAdvisor — ensuring the brand stayed approachable and responsive. I assisted the ‘Salt’ brand campaign through social media, contributing daily Stories that highlighted Bikini’s playful identity. I also supported the launch of the new menu by coordinating influencer collaborations and driving daily storytelling across Facebook and Instagram through posts and Stories, keeping the community engaged.
